DELIVERY & RETURNS
BECAUSE WE CARE.
For orders placed on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order receipt and delivery is usually within 1-2 days thereafter.
A delivery fee of £1.95 is made on all UK orders under £20.
Over £20 is free of charge.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on Fabulash Official you may return the unused purchase to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery. You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the lashes from the box.
We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Please notify us of your intention to return your purchase by emailing email@example.com stating your reason for return.
To make arrangements for a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and you will be given procedure details.
You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, and return to the address advise upon confirmation of your intention to return email.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured Royal Mail Post. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via Royal Mail first class post. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

When your order arrives, please inspect the parcel for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
